The draw for the Lynch Cup 2023 has taken place and the matches are available on masterscoreboard.co.uk under the tab Knock-Out Draws.All matches are to be played off the white tee’s. Handicap allowance for individual match-play is 100% of course handicap. High player receives 100% of the difference.After playing the match, please sign into the computer as you would when entering a competition score, and use the “enter knock out match result” tab to enter the result.The final date for each round is shown above the matches.If the match is not played by the designated date you will not be able to enter the result & the match will be decided by coin toss. Please see the 1st Round Draw attached.

Ladies Getting Into Golf (GIG) programme is commencing next Tuesday 2nd May at 6.30pm at Carrick Golf club. It is an 8 week programme including professional lessons. This is an exciting opportunity to give golf a try and meet new people and enjoy a new sport. Congratulations to Charlie Farrell who is the winner of our Masters Competition 2023 and wins a cool €1000. Charlie beat 1014 other teams to win top prize. 2nd was Keith Tighe (€500) and 3rd was Donagh O’Mahony (€200). Thank you to everyone who played and supported our competition. Carrick Seniors Golf

Last Thursday’s golf at Carrick was cancelled due to poor weather conditions. The next away outing is on Monday the 24th April in Roscommon.The outing to Athlone on the 24th April mentioned in last week’s notes has been cancelled.This outing has been rescheduled for Monday the 9th October. Golf as usual next Thursday.
