The Parent A.G.M was held last Friday Night in the club house. A large crowd attended. All outgoing officers presented their reports to the meeting. It is with deep sadness that we all here in the club share the news of the death of our past Lady Captain Mary Menton. Termonfeckin, formerly of Boyle and Clontarf . Beloved daughter of the late Dr Brendan and Anna Menton. Much loved partner of Robin and wonderful cherished sister of Brendan, Kevin, Colm and Malachy, and sister in laws Linda, Audrey, Geraldine and Barbara. Adored aunt of Ronan, Aisling, Ailbhe, Niamh, Sarah, Suzanne, Jill, Kevin, Peter, Kenneth, Brendan, Danielle, Emma, Jack and Cathal and her grand nieces and nephews. Also greatly missed by her aunt Gina, by her former husband Michael and her extended family friends and business colleagues. Mary’s Funeral service took place on Thursday, 2nd November, at 11.30am in St. John’s Church, Clontarf Road, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. Mary was a very popular and hardworking member of the club. The club would like to extend its sympathy to all her Family and friends.
