Seniors Results

The following are the results from the outing to Roscommon on Monday the 24th April. It was a 4 man Texas Scramble Stableford competition. The overall winning team was John O’Mahony; Michael Delorey; Paddy Dillon and Eamonn Costello with 47 points . The runner-up team was Tommy Mulvey; Paschal Maguire; Damien Duignan and Brendan Lynch with 46 points. It was a most enjoyable outing with eight teams competing. The following were the winners last Thursday:- Once again Gerry Emmett was the overall winner with an excellent score of 44 points. Category 1 winner was John O’Mahony with 38 points; Category 2 Damien Duignan 38 points and Category 3 winner was Donal Collins with 35 points. The front 9 was won by Gerrard Fitzgerald with 23 points and the back 9 was won by Chris Lowe with 23 points. Golf as usual next Thursday.

The winners of last Thursday’s golf at Carrick were:- Overall winner Paschal Maguire with 36 points. Category 1 winner was PJ Sharkey with 35 points; Category 2 Joe Keville 35 points and Category 3 Francie Foley with 31 points. Front 9 winner was Leo Mulvey with 18 points and back nine Michael Comerton with 20 points. Golf as usual next Thursday.

Lynch Cup Round 1 Draw

The draw for the Lynch Cup 2023 has taken place and the matches are available on masterscoreboard.co.uk under the tab Knock-Out Draws.All matches are to be played off the white tee’s. Handicap allowance for individual match-play is 100% of course handicap. High player receives 100% of the difference.After playing the match, please sign into the computer as you would when entering a competition score, and use the “enter knock out match result” tab to enter the result.The final date for each round is shown above the matches.If the match is not played by the designated date you will not be able to enter the result & the match will be decided by coin toss.
