Congrats to Hugh Bracken and James Conners who have reached the final of the Fourball. They will play the winners of John Coffey & Anthony Noone v John Hardman & Leo Noone. Congratulations to Carrick golf club’s very own Patrick Martin who won the U21 WAGR competition in a playoff, held at our club last weekend. Patrick and Danny Lyne both finished on 3 under par after 54 holes. Patrick won on the first play-off hole. Well done and congrats from all at the club. This was a major competition for our club held last weekend. Our course was in excellent condition thanks to the course staff and volunteers. Despite the storm the course was in excellent playing conditions. We had top young golfers from all over Ireland playing. Also from the club Charlie Boyle Aaron Gibney and Luke Creighton were playing in this competition. Great credit is due to the excellent work done by all in the club to promote our Juniors all looks good for the future.
