Placing Conditions: Lift, Clean & Place within 6 inches on fairway only. Please ensure you check into the office before play, read local rules, sign in for the competition & receive course & playing handicap. After your round, verify your score with a playing partner, sign your card, ask the verifier to sign the card. Use the computer or masterscoreboard.co.uk to enter your score and place the card in the box.Failure to do the above will result in disqualification. Please ensure pitch-marks are repaired on the greens and divots are replaced on the fairways.

Fred Daly Team 2023

Our Fred Daly Team had two outings this year, winning against Roscommon Golf Club and just losing out to Castlebar Golf Club.

Our Junior Lessons are starting out again next Monday 22nd May at 6.30-8.30pm. We are looking for our Fred Daly Team for the next few years to start playing now.

The price is €80 for a single child, or €150 euro for 2 or more children from the one family. It is open to all juniors from 7 to 17. There will be people in the clubhouse from 6pm on Monday to get everyone registered.

2 Man Scramble Qualifier.

Fri 19th, Sat 20th & Sun 21st May 2023 – 2 Person Scramble Qualifier. Top 16 teams qualify for match-play.18 Hole, 2 Person Scramble, Stableford. Entry fee €10 per player. Open to play from the white tee’s only.Please ensure you check into the office before play, read local rules, sign in for the competition on the computer & receive course & playing handicap for the white course.When signing in for the competition, the computer will ask to sign in player A, and then Player B. Please be aware that handicap allowance for a two person scramble is 35% of low handicap + 15% of high handicap. The computer will print a label showing you the course handicap (CI) and playing handicap (PH) for the team.After your round, verify your score with playing partners, sign your card, ask the verifier to sign the card.Use the computer to enter your score and place the card in the box.Failure to do the above will result in disqualification. Information on course & playing handicaps, and handicap allowance for different formats of play is on the men’s noticeboard or at www.golfireland.ie/handicap-system.
