O.B.N. Series. Sponsored by Tipsy Taylor.

[image: image.png] The 6th and final OBN Series Qualifier takes place next weekend. The Series has been a great success today with fantastic prizes, massive numbers of players and a bit of craic along the way. Here at the OBN series we like to keep things fresh and all guessing what’s coming next. As it’s the last qualifier We have added a number of extras for the Tipsy Tailor qualifier. It will also make it harder for you all to work out who has qualified for the grand final until it is announced. All 5 of the par threes will have nearest the pin competitions with 5 OBN Series Bonus Points going to the winner of each. There will be a longest drive competition (on the fairway only) on the 15th hole with 5 OBN Series Bonus Points going to the winner. The Top Finisher in the Tipsy Tailor Competition who has not already qualified through the normal points system will gain entry to the Grand Final in 42 place. This player does not have to play in a minimum of competitions (can be either a member or visitor). (For example, if a player finished in 8 place in the tipsy tailor and has not qualified for the grand final through the normal points channel, but the 7 players who finished ahead of him in the tipsy tailor have all already qualified for the Grand Final . Then that 8th place finisher gets a place in the grand final in the 42nd and last spot.) It’s not as complicated as I have made it sound. These new rules are along with the normal Visitor and Gross Prize Bonus Points. Joint scores will be separated by the position players finished in the Tipsy Tailor competition. The Winners of the Tipsy Tailor and the qualifiers for the Grand Final won’t be announced until Monday evening the 8th of September. (Please don’t be asking as we will be doing a reveal on what app.) The grand final is on Saturday the 20th of September shot gun start (time to be confirmed) all players in the grand final will be treated to a BBQ meal after competition before the presentations.
